They made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. Their positive energy and teamwork really stood out and made our dining experience even better. Had an awesome experience at Xtadium! The atmosphere was great, everything was well organized, and the overall vibe made it a really fun place to be. Huge shoutout to Alisha—she was an amazing host, super welcoming, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. Her energy really elevated the whole experience. Careful here. Fun place overall, but be cautious of one specific girl. The girl who is tall, has reddish hair, an unpleasant glare, and a red tattoo going up her spine (the girl looks like Mushu from Mulan) charged us $50 for just 3 very basic shots.
Before that, a really sweet girl with long blonde hair charged us only $25 for 6 shots, which already shows the inconsistency. After overcharging us, the first girl walked around with her nose in the air and completely ignored us. It honestly felt like she was trying to pocket the money.
Luckily, we flagged the sweet blonde girl and she helped us, and you could tell this kind of situation is a regular thing. She even made the comment “that girl took your order and never brought your drinks?” Like she knew she does this. Fun place, but definitely be careful of that specific girl, she clearly had a motive and it wasn’t to ensure we were charged fairly and actually given our drinks.

Becareful, if you’re a BROWN SKIN guy this place is NOT FOR YOU, you’ll definitely gon be discriminated by the security because they hate brown people. but if you know the owner/manager/ any security guys then its a different story.

The bar staff is great and drinks are good, the table staff is inattentive and the burgers are horrible. It is expensive 20percent service charge that doesn’t go to staff directly, it goes to the business. This is before you tip for your drinks/food at point of purchase

Serious deficiencies in bar service. The bartender did not recognize a basic Cosmo and served a cranberry cocktail despite being out of juice, resulting in a diluted, substandard drink. Charging $45 for this level of service is unacceptable and highlights the need for staff training and quality control.
