The bar staff is great and drinks are good, the table staff is inattentive and the burgers are horrible. It is expensive 20percent service charge that doesn’t go to staff directly, it goes to the business. This is before you tip for your drinks/food at point of purchase

Serious deficiencies in bar service. The bartender did not recognize a basic Cosmo and served a cranberry cocktail despite being out of juice, resulting in a diluted, substandard drink. Charging $45 for this level of service is unacceptable and highlights the need for staff training and quality control.
