Discovered them at their previous location on Roosevelt and eagerly awaited their return on The Ave! All of their drinks are amazing, and I never forget to add the milk mochi topping!
Tried the hand brew lemon tea last night. It was so good, all ingredients are fresh, organic, not from concentrate. You can taste the perfect pairing of tea with lemon pulps. I am a tea lover and this drink is the best I can remember. I am going back again today.
Yan Tea is the newest boba spot on the Ave in Udistrict near the University of Washington. Combined with a fried chicken joint, they offer unique boba flavors that I haven’t seen a lot of other shops offer. Their ultimate drinks have 7 toppings in them, which is intense to say the least.
