Love YGF Malatang in the University District! As someone who wants to try more hotpot, but is easily intimidated, this casual spot has become a family favorite. The nature of their design makes it easy to try something new, without having to commit to an entire bowl of it.

This is my favorite place to eat in Seattle! I prefer this one over the Bellevue one. The broth is so flavorful and delicious, I get the number one beef. It’s very quick and I love the pay by weight process. They just updated their restaurant and there is a new sauce bar and cute bags! I definitely recommend this place for affordability, taste, and atmosphere.

This is some of the best hotpot I've had. I'm impressed! I came here with a friend and we were shocked at how good the food was! She got the tomato b flavor based soup and I got the spicy beef flavor based soup and wow it was so yummy and flavorful!
