Beautiful shop with a garden outside. Centrally located just off the street where Ballard food market is held. I tried the chickpea tuna sandwich, which was great, very fresh with really springy and soft sourdough bread. My friend had the curry wrap which she really enjoyed too. The menu is great and varied, including wraps, sandwiches and salads with various flavour profiles. We both needed boxes as our portions were so hearty. We had some drinks which were delicious too, I went with the ginger ale which was made in store and was really flavourful. My friend had a coffee shake which she said tasted like a chocolate milk shake. They also have a line of organic nut butters, I took the Hacoco one home to try.
My partner haaaaates driving to Ballard, but we’ve hit this place almost half a dozen times now. Everything was undersalted with the exception of the grilled cheese, but that’s an easy fix. Putting sauerkraut on top of a sandwich seems diabolical, but it worked for me (not so much for my partner who spilled a bunch on the floor, smh). We both liked the tempeh sandwich the best + the tofu sandwich was a close second. The wraps were less exciting. We’re so lucky to have a Black woman-owned biz that’s serving up healthy vegan food in Seattle + we gotta keep it going!
High quality, nourishing ingredients, delicious food, and great service. I can’t wait to come back!

I tried the curry tofu burrito and it was tasty. I wish it had come with sauce, but I forgot to ask when I got my takeout. I felt refreshed after eating, and appreciated the allergen friendly food. Sitting area is small inside, and I wouldn’t recommend to stay long if you did choose a spot inside.

This whole food vegan café was a perfect breakfast stop. We had the gluten-free oatmeal and a gorgeous chia seed pudding parfait layered with berries and chocolate avocado mousse—both fresh, nourishing, and delicious; a very nice way to start the day while traveling. We’re already planning to return to try their smoothies and cold-pressed juices.
What a GEM 🧡 the gal working was so lovely and kind and had amazing recommendations and the “okay today” smoothie was delish and fresh and perfect for a hot Seattle summer day 🧡🧡 made to order- as all delicious things are- and it was worth the wait! The cutest smoothie/juice/treats shop in Ballard 🧡

My girlfriend and I came here for the first time and were so impressed! We follow a whole food plant based oil free diet, and this is one of the very few places in Seattle that can actually accommodate it. Zoe, the cafe owner, was wonderful to talk with, and the dishes she prepared were not only delicious but perfectly matched our requests. Highly recommend this café to anyone looking for truly plant based whole food options. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cool interior vibe. The faux tuna sandwich was really good, but the tofu burrito was a bit bland and bitter.

Very nice cute place for super healthy food!
My first time here and ohh we loved it! The not so basic grilled cheese sandwich was yumm. I added falafel and hummus to it. Took a roasted squash and cauliflower salad with sky melody and maca wave smoothies. Service takes a bit time but trust me the food was totally worth the wait! The owner even offered extra salad dressing for free and was very sweet :) will definitely be back soon!

The food was so tasty, flavorful and healthy. We had the not so basic grilled cheese sandwich and the roasted squash, cauliflower salad. We had sky melody and maca wave in drinks. We loved the texture, taste and the healthiness of food. Its amazing to eat healthy and gut friendly food in restaurants. Highly recommend the place.
I look forward to my Saturdays because of their green juice ❤️❤️❤️
