We did the hot appetizers with her onboard and everyone raved about the food, especially the eggplant bites! 10/10 would recommend if planning an experience in Seattle.

She is detail-oriented, creative, and communicative throughout the whole process. Claudia listened to what we were after and offered suggestions. Claudia catered for an event of mine that had 70+ people. She had amazing communication and made the entire process so simple. Claudia showed up extra early on the day of and had everything under control. She also made clean up so easy.She made gourmet handmade caesar salad with handmade dressing, hand made pasta for the lasagnas (meat and vegetarian option with artichoke & spinach), and Tiramisu for desert. It was all absolutely delicious and her prices were very reasonable.Above all else- she is such a fun and kind-hearted human. I had the most enjoyable dinner evening this last weekend with Chef Stritmatter who prepared dinner for 14 of us celebrating my cousin's birthday. I have had the pleasure of utilizing personal chefs previously so was able to compare preparation, quality of the ingredients, presentation and clean up. The salad and accompaniments had me taking much more time than usual to savor the ingredients, the Cioppino was prepared with the freshest ingredients and time was taken to ensure the live shellfish had the sand and grit flushed out prior to their inclusion. The Chocolate Souffle was almost sinful in its' decadence. Although a friend had made the recommendation of this Chef, I will undoubtably utilize her in the future for my own events.
