It was so nice to have someone cook for us while we enjoyed our guests. Not having to worry about making sure that everything is done right when it’s supposed to be is so nice. Food was great, especially her amazing potatoes.
You can always expect the food to be top tier, but what’s best is her attention to detail, and adaptability whenever you have any questions! The whole experience was smooth and convenient due to the intake process being efficient and personable, and i really appreciated that chef Claudia takes her craft very seriously, and is a true artist in the kitchen.
Claudia catered the appetizers for my daughter's wedding. From the initial consultation to the delivery and presentation, Claudia was top notch. She is detail-oriented, creative, and communicative throughout the whole process. Claudia listened to what we were after and offered suggestions. The result was that her appetizers were both beautiful and incredible tasting, and her service was bar none! The best part is Claudia herself is part of the package- she was warm and friendly...
