This place's tofu never disappoints. Like ever. It's amazing. Also you always get your food super quick. It's ready to go on order basically, they keep it warm.
Just, sometimes they run out of stock, and just be mindful if you're a no egg veg (I know many who work in tech in this area are), it comes with a hardboiled egg, you can ask for that to be omitted. The egg though is good (I'm lacto-ovo so I've eaten it).
I also wish they had bigger containers for the sriracha and chili items (chili sauce, sweet chili sauce, sriracha mayo (egg), and crunchy chili in oil). It takes me forever to fill up 3-4 containers, and it feels awkward doing so.
Else, amazing, recommend signing up for emails with them too, they give an occasional deal you can redeem via mobile order.

Sad they don’t have the dongpo pork anymore—they substituted it out for a char-Siu style braised pork. I prefer the fattier pork belly cut 🥹.
Otherwise tastes decent.

One of the worst lunches I’ve ever had. I got the minced pork and it was literally 99% fat 🤮. Needless to say I threw it out. If you want some rice with your fat, this is a good place.

Ordered the braised beef bowl. I received a tiny bowl that was 60% rice with 7 scraps of rubbery overcooked pork in there. Worse it costs $16. Way expensive and the portion sizes are small.

I’ve been to the Amazon Spheres location of this truck before, and it was amazing, so I had high expectations for this place. Happy to say it delivers the same level of quality
I got the Crispy Pepper Chicken this time - what seems to be an LTO for them. This came on a huge bed of rice, a soy-like sauce, pickled vegetables, and half a braised egg
The most impressive part of this place, like with the other location, is the huge portion size. I measured, and you get about 350g of rice with 250g of chicken at this spot - which is a significant amount of food; almost enough for two meals
The chicken was excellent. It was dark meat, so a little easier to cook, but it retained great juiciness and fantastic flavor. the only small complaint is that the breading could’ve been crispier - it was on the softer side and didn’t stick super well to the chicken - but the overall taste was fantastic.
I will say the seasoning was a bit lacking on this though; it wasn’t close to the seasoning i’d gotten on the five spice fried chicken before
the rice was cooked excellently and it was practically perfect. the addition of the braised egg was great, as was the pickled vegetables.
as far as additional flavor, i liked the addition of the soy-based sauce, and this place also offers chili mayo & sweet chili sauce that you can place into cups, which I really appreciate
The price is a little high at this spot - around $15 - but that becomes a little more excusable when you consider the amount of food
Overall, I really like this spot, and I’m glad their other location continues to deliver. 8.5/10

Ordered lunch from this truck but when I went to pick it up (at the scheduled time) the item I ordered was sold out. I would have let that go, but their staff was incredibly rude. When I asked what my options were the staff sneered, "Pick something else, it's not that hard." It's one thing to not be able to manage your orders, it's an entirely other thing to take that out on your customers.

Quick and delicious lunch to go here. They have a variety of main dishes that are accompanied with rice, pickled radishes, egg, and broccoli. Big fan of their 5 spice chicken and pork belly!

Good place but the quality changes a lot depending on who’s making it. They recently changed the rice and the shape of the veggies which was bad
Been frequenting this food truck for about 7 years. Still the same quality! Amazing popcorn chicken and pork belly.
The food was not very good. While the food came out very fast both me and my friend found it not good. He had the garlic chicken and I had the pork. Staff was not very friendly too. I will not be eating here again.

I think it is overpriced, they're always at the Amazon Offices during lunch time.
Not satisfied. I had ordered the dongbo pork and it was rubbery.
