One of the staff is extremely hostile to the other staff members under him. He keeps insulting people in his native language because he thinks we can’t understand. To the staff member, Stop letting your frustration out on other people and focus on creating a good working environment. Maybe then you would have an exceeding amount of one star reviews.

I’ve ordered from the place many times and always had great experiences. Today I got my usual order of spicy chicken teriyaki but it was literally intolerably spicy. I’ve done the one chip challenge before and it was just as bad if not worse. Disappointed to have spent any $$ on it today.

Some of the worst sushi/Miso I've had The salmon roll tasted off, the salmin was rubbery, and the roll came with cucumber instead of the advertised avocado and the Miso is way too salty and didn't come with a spoon. The bubble tea tasted a little pasty and the tapioca was shriveled and chewy.
