We tried four dishes and a desert, every dish is an ode to the wonderful flavours, zaikas of different parts of India that we have loved. A fine dining experience you must not miss when you are in Seattle. Too bad that we are in California so we cannot come here every month, We would if we could! And the staff is wonderful. Overall 1.5/5. Not really worth it! The food quality and staff service has been going down and down. Now they blatantly accept as well that they make to-go order differently than their dine-in orders. Food quality is not really good. We have ordered probably 3-4 times (all takeout) in last 6 months and each time we didn’t like it. We have ordered multiple things - dal makhani (very dry, doesn’t look fresh each time), paneer butter masala and shahi paneer (same stale taste, paneer very hard and looked even fake), okra (too oily, less okra more green peppers). Naans are the worst, they are generally older breads that they give in delivery/togo orders - garlic naan (very dry, pre-made and very stretchy), lachcha paratha (stretchy, not the real lachcha layers and not at all crispy), onion kulcha (premade frozen which they just heat up), butter naan (premade again and very dry). Everytime we ask them to make naans crispy and they never honor it. Infact once or twice they said that they can give us the burnt naans if we want, which to us seemed a little rude. Last year we dined in once and then we didn’t like the ambiance as well.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The food is ALWAYS amazing (my favorite is the butter chicken & chili paneer), the wait staff and kitchen staff are so professional, friendly, kind and always go above and beyond. They are well organized, well staffed as well as very clean and updated. The owner makes regular appearances and is always so pleasant, generous and smiling. The manager Genevieve is an absolute gem and the bartender Erik is such a sweety! Everytime I'm in Seattle, they are my go-to. Wether it be take out or dine in, they are the best. You won't be disappointed, I promise that.
