Honestly…I’m too tired express loads of details beyond we loved this place until 3-4ish years ago. Good pizzas when they get it right, but now they screw up every single order without fail. Seriously…every single one. And we are probably as low maintenance as it gets. Tonight’s excuse…they dropped one of the pizzas on the floor. ?♀️ I think we may finally throw in the towel. Sad as they used to be consistently wonderful.

The pizza here has consistently been good. The problem is that the last several times I’ve ordered delivery or pickup, they grossly underestimate the time. Tonight I ordered a pizza for 6 PM and I have been waiting in the restaurant more than 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready. Part of the point of having an online ordering process is to provide better predictability to your customers. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Great pizza, but my goodness, there’s nothing like waiting an additional 20 minutes past the time predicted by the app for your pizza being ready. It would be nice if they updated the ETA.

If I'm ordering take out frankly I'd rather get Dominos much cheaper and the crust isn't a dog's chew toy. Zeeks is pricey and at the price point there are significantly better options all over West Seattle. No reason to go there.

Price does not match quality. Had the dragon pizza, wasn’t bad, but seemed VERY pricey for an average pizza in my opinion. Breadsticks were okay.
Got a cider and it was very good!

We went here for dinner on a Tuesday. They were having trivia night, which sounded like a good time. It wasn't. We got slices of the pepperoni pizza, and it might have been the worst pizza I've ever had. It was slightly burned, and tasted like cardboard. The drinks were fine - nothing special. Cesear salad was good.
You have to order from the app at your table, and as we didn't have a designated waitstaff, we had to go to the bar and ask for water.
Trivia was boring. We left hungry, and went else where for more food, but were out $50 for the experience.

I ordered a bloody mary and a salad. Arugula was one of my choices. The bloody mary was in a small glass, no schooner which is customary, and honestly it tasted like a glass of plain tomato juice with a celery stalk for $10. The Arugula was yellow. Every piece evenly distributed throughout the salad. Someone had to add it. I'll not go back. Terrible impression and no I'm sorry or is there something we can do. I won't return.
