My partner and I really enjoy Zeeks pizza, however we ordered tonight at about 6 with an expected delivery time of 6:35. At about 6:50 we hadn’t heard anything or gotten a tracking text for delivery which usually happens. We called and the person on the phone was very kind and said that they got slammed with over 40 deliveries and that our pizza was “In Route.” I thanked him and wished him luck. As we hung up the phone we got the delivery tracking text finally, however it said the driver was “Heading to the Restaurant.”At 7:40 or so, we checked again and it still said “Heading to the Restaurant” and now the delivery was 8:15.I called again, and told the person who answered the phone what was going on. When he came back after checking on the pizza, he informed me that he was going to give us a refund and that his driver had gone home. Apparently the driver had “waited around for a while and tried calling a few times.” Implying the driver was here at some point but he never explicitly said that.We never received a single phone call, the phone number on the order was clearly correct because we had gotten texts to it regarding that order. The phone number does not have any spam call monitoring. Every call would come through. The man on the phone then said to add an apartment or call box number to the address for delivery. After starting a new order on the app to test, the address does, in fact, have the apartment on it. Not only that, but the apartment call box is labeled with last names so it could’ve been compared and called if he somehow couldn’t have seen the full address which seems quite questionable considering his job is delivering. It’s a very small building, and no one else in it shares the last name on the order. We genuinely enjoy the food, but I feel like it’s clear that either the driver did not do their due diligence or was pulling something over on them considering we never got a single phone call nor a call box buzz despite the address being correct and the last name being available.I am unsure what happened tonight but it is incredibly frustrating to wait close to 2 hours for your food and then be told it’s being refunded and it was somehow our fault. I hope that this does not happen again.

$30-$35 for a 13" Medium pizza?!!The pizza is fine. But it's not particularly fancy and literally the highest pizza prices I've ever seen in Seattle. It's about 50% more expensive than the average comparable pizza at even like Via Tribulani (fancier upscale pizza).

Decided to try something different and was very pleasantly surprised with a good salad, pizza, beer, and soda. Staff was pleasant and helpful, friendly without being overbearing. Will definitely come back! Liked sitting in a booth by the window and people watching. We decided this could be a regular place for us.

Nice beer selection. The pizza was good, but I didn't love the sauce. I had the Dragon and liked the toppings. It was pretty pricy for a single large (medium-ish) pie.

staff: kind; service: fast and on time; venue: very nice; the variety of pizza options: amazing; the pizza: delicious; the salad: delicious (and huge)We got the gluten-free crust this time (no celiac but wheat allergy) -- I had the same crust. IT'S AWESOME. I might like this gluten-free crust marginally better than the regular.Dietary restrictions: so many pizza types with the gluten-free option!

The price is insanely expensive. The pizza is not that great and my crust was burnt black on the bottom. Trader Joe’s frozen pizza tastes better.Still can’t get over how you’d charge $24 (before tax and fees) for a mini pizza that could only feed one person…

Love that this is so close to where I live. I pretty much exclusively get the Legion of Shroom pizza - mushrooms, chevre, sausage, in perfect umami harmony. The pizzas are obscenely expensive for takeout from other cities I've lived - my only qualm, but I guess that's Seattle for you. But for this particular one, almost inevitably when the craving hits for pizza, this is top of mind. The creaminess and tanginess of the goat cheese perfectly balances the sausage and mushroom. And that garlicky punch. It's savory pizza heaven. This is the one to get for the sausage & mushroom pizza lovers out there.
