Don't come here M-F unless you're an Amazon employee! This is basically an Amazon office cafe since employees get a free daily drink, so if you are coming in as somebody off the street you will not enjoy the experience. Most times of the day there is a line wrapped around lobby, the coffee is just ok, and the food options are lackluster. With that said, the baristas here are working their butts off and likely doing 2-3x the normal volume of a coffee shop with no tipping...
The coffee was great, it’s just that I saw them refuse to serve customers who entered the store after 4:45 pm, which could be disappointing for those who thought they were closing at 5:00 pm.
Nice place to get coffee and specialty beverages in South Lake Union. Coffee and chai are good and hit the mark.
Staff is generally friendly but may not be welcoming during rush hours due to crowd from socialization/coffee chats of employees on campus.
