I love the depot. It's a favorite restaurant in Long Beach and we come every month. But PLEASE add your amazing burgers (that used to be at the food truck) to the restaurant menu!!!
We had reservations for 4:30 when they opened. We were seated right away. Since it's a small place customers were seated at every other table as they arrived. Service was friendly and efficient without feeling like servers were hovering. Our water glasses were refilled promptly. We had their Brussels sprout appetizer which were delicious. FABULOUS food! Our group of 4 senior men enjoyed the tasty Ling Cod special of the day with portobello mushroom sauce and perfectly cooked veggies, clam chowder with clams in the shell and a light flavorful broth, crab cocktail with plentiful Dungeness crab, a very generous clam Buccatini pasta with clams in the shell, large delicious salads, and a loaf of fresh bread.
