They didn’t flip our blizzards upside down so I asked if they were free. The 2 girls working the window were laughing and confused and said it was a myth. This was after rushing me off the intercom for the 4 items I purchased. She kept saying “Is that it” when I barely finished getting my previous sentence out. They didn’t give me a receipt so once we had our items I had to wait a few more minutes, in the rain, to ask for my receipt. The building is gross and in shambles. The blizzards aren’t mixed all the way through. I boycotted for a year so I guess I will again.

Ice cream cone didn't look right. When they handed it to me the texture looked weird. So I tasted it and right away I knew it was not supposed to taste that way. I asked the guy why does this taste like McDonald's and why is melting and turning into liquid so quickly he's like I don't know. I threw it in the trash!

Soggy toast in my chicken strip basket. Service was quick but maybe slow down a bit for better quality.

Pretty mid food. But not a lot of choices in Sedro-Woolley. Ice cream isn’t bad, but food is gross. Fries are sad and limp, toast was also sad looked like it got stepped on it was so flat. Chicken tenders aren’t awful just small. Not worth the price but it does the job of getting you full. Service staff are always nice even though they are teenagers. Probably will give you the poops later.

My first time going to DQ in a few years and i will never be going to one again. $11 down the drain for some nugget sized chicken fingers. Soggy fries, and a peice of toast that looks like it was sneezed on. Huge dissapointment.

"Fan Food, not Fast Food." That used to be the slogan of Dairy Queen. When it changed, Dairy Queen became just that, fast food. Their new slogan is "Happy Tastes Good". That's true! Happy does taste good, so why do the Sedro Woolley employees continuously refuse to give their customers a good experience? The employees clearly have no interest in making customers happy and have never been trained to do so.A couple months ago, I decided I wanted to waste $10 on a 4-piece chicken strip basket (with no drink!) and what I recieved was warm chicken strips, cold fries, and a soggy piece of toast that must have been made before they opened.A couple weeks ago I went to DQ, and ordered the same thing, but this time I requested for them to put the Texas toast in the oven just for this order (extra, I know) but if I'm spending 10 dollars on 4 strips, fries, and toast, the toast shouldn't fold in half when you pick it up. The girl on headset rudely told me that the toast isn't toasted in store but it comes already toasted in the bag. What a lie! This couldn't be true, could it? How long does it take to make a slice of toast? 10 minutes? Whatever, I still sent the order and this time what I recieved was even worse! Crusty chicken, dead fries, and the same old, floppy toast! The chicken was so crusty and cold you could have convinced me they swept it out from under the fryer.Call it the definition of insanity... but a third time I wanted to waste $10 for my 4 chicken strips. I thought if I went inside to explain how my last experience was disappointing and all I wanted was fresh chicken strips, this time no toast, abd fould they please drop the strips fresh for me. The girl at the counter explained that their drive-thru was far too busy and they refused to ask the kitchen to drop a basket of strips. I said "no worries, have a great night." Walked past the sole customer in the restaurant, and tonight, I saved myself $10.As a former DQ employee in my youth, I can state with full confidence that this Dairy Queen is not running up to any of the DQ standards in the past. It really makes me wonder if they are running up to any standards at all. It's clear to me that they over cook portions to serve far past the holding time. They'll serve dead fries and horrible toast and they'll smugly tell you that's just how it comes.I drove around the building and saw a single car sitting in their "far too busy" drive-thru. And tonight I say goodbye to my previous favorite fast food chain. Maybe someday DQ will serve Fan Food again and maybe one day happy will taste good. Evidently, tonight was not their night.

Sloppy blizzards in the drive thru, girl working the drive-thru handed me 2 blizzards that were running down the sides of the cups, and had an attitude when I asked for napkins.

Never been inside because parking lot is filthy, garbage cans overflowing, trash everywhere. When parking lot does get cleaned the crew that does that job blows it out into the grass between the sidewalk and hwy 20.These conditions are an indication of the interior and food sanitation so beware

This is the worst dairy queen I've been to. Didn't get the extra gravy I paid for and the one I did get isn't even half full. Also since when is an extra toast 1/2 a piece of bread? The manager I talked to was rude and dismissive. Will always go to the location by walmart, Much nicer staff.

Went to get dinner and the light for the sign was off at night. Couldn’t read the menu. Ordered the food which tasted fine. My wife went to ask for some mayonnaise to go and the shift lead said they couldn’t give us mayonnaise. They had no issues putting it on a burger but not giving her any to go. Wasn’t much to ask. The shift lead was very very stern and snarky about it. However when we go to another Dairy Queen they never have any issues. I will never come back and will make sure to let every one I know not to go to that location. Very dirty compared to other locations. I hope this helps others decide where not to eat.
