Based on the reviews, this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a lot of ice cream when ordering an ice cream cone. The food always tastes great, and is the same as other Dairy Queen’s, making it a perfect late night meal and a perfect quick meal for the road. However, the location has several issues. The building could really need some updates, and the drive thru is always long and insanely busy on some evenings. The biggest turn off is that after spending money, a cup of ice/water costs extra, which is insulting and poor customer service. The order is wrong practically every single time, and customizations are always ignored. The blizzards are also always white on the bottom and not blended well enough. Management won’t allow sale of ice cream cake through the drive-thru. The employees are mostly high school aged kids, which can cause problems, but they all seem to get along and try to be pleasant. The customer service is great for the average age of 18, but they are prone to mistakes.
