Drive thru: Food was fine- cashier was polite. Big turn off: After spending about $11-12 I could not get a cup off ice/water without paying $1.79 for it. I said no thank you - I just wanted a little cup - the cashier said “for some reason the little cups cost even more.”

Industry standard in the US is either free or a modest fee (overall)— this is insulting and poor customer service. I could understand if you do not buy anything but this is beyond ridiculous.

I have eaten inside before and get takeout here very often. the food always tastes great, but they get our order wrong practically every single time. anytime i put customizations on an order it is always ignored without fail. they do fix it when we come back around, but it should not happen every single time, every now and then is understandable but really? they need new management or something , the blizzards are also always white on the bottom (not blended well enough). big...
