They don’t deliver to Dungeness way for some reason even tho west side can and will. Plus like 1/3 of the time if the order has stuff that isn’t pizza, it’ll be wrong.

Order food online. Go to store. Get told its not ready so I pay. They told me 5 more min. Then all the sudden they have no food for me no idea where it went. After waiting 45 min at their store they finally had my food for me.... paid full price they didn't even offer a soda for the wait when they lost and or never made the food I paid for.....pretty disappointing 😒

When we finally got our pizzas they were made incorrectly with the wrong toppings the gentleman on the phone was very rude and seemed like he didn't care about his job whatsoever I would not recommend this Domino's at all their crew needs to work on their customer service skills dramatically. I will never come back.

Best thing about this place used to be you could place an order online and pay in cash on pick up. Don't expect that if your coming to sequim. Any order over 50$ can't pay cash on pickup. Took 100$ off my order and had to use two separate orders to get the price we usually do using coupons. Next time I'll just wait in line at costco.

I ordered in the parking lot with the app and the drivers stare at me. Someone said 'order for stupid is ready' and they gave it to me, then the guy who said it comes out to the parking lot to show off and make funny faces. I didn't like this.
