This small restaurant is close to shopping and banks with abundant parking. The counter person is efficient and knowledgeable, after I described the takeout meal a business associate had, she immediately knew which it was. Their photos of each plate are above the counter and I asked for a menu for future takeout. There are specials everyday at a lower cost shown on the menu. My takeout order of chicken stir fry was quickly prepared in a sturdy reclosable container inside a sturdy bag and was still warm when I got it home 25 minutes later. The generous amount was moderately priced and enough for 2 or 3 servings. The chicken was large delicious pieces mixed with tender cooked broccoli, cabbage, shredded carrots, etc. along with fluffy white rice. The sauce was delicately seasoned and not runny. It really hit the spot for a tasty lunch and I will go there again. The inside dining has comfortable tables and chairs with condiments utensils and napkins on the table, a quiet and sociable atmosphere and well lighted, with large storefront windows. A cooler displays canned and bottled drinks. Lunchtime at 11:30 am midweek was a moderate steady stream of mostly takeout and some patrons eating in their cars outdoors. Access to the location is off busy Washington street with a traffic light nearby. Serves lunch or dinner every day.

There was a mixup during the order of one of the entrees which was incorrect. Staff were nice enough to correct by refunding money for the unwanted entree. The food was great!

Amazing teriyaki chicken. Their bento teriyaki sauce is delicious. Only negative is they’re not reliable with the hours they’re open. Often closing the kitchen earlier than posted hours or running out of several items before close. Still, our favorite place to go for teriyaki in the area however. 🙂

Just visited this divine restaurant the past couple days from my trip in from Seattle. Divine food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. :)

I had the teriyaki chicken and prawns with salad and rice. The chicken was tasty and freshly cooked. The prawns were also good. I will be back thank you.

Bought 3 meals 2 with sauces cups not sealed and spilled all over food in container. Yakisoba was way to grease not fresh no fresh vegetables at all and wouldn't let me buy just a piece of teriyaki chicken even if i paid extra for it. I won't be going back ever. Cost way to much for those grease piles of Asian slop in containers. Restaurant was filthy floors definitely need to be deep cleaned. If there store front is that dirty I can only imagine what there kitchen looks like where they prepare the food.

My boyfriend and I went today around 2pm and he got the chicken fried rice and I got the chicken teriyaki. I was LOADED UP on gooddd chicken. Finally stopped devouring my food to ask my bf for a bite of his.. BEST CHICKEN FRIED RICE I DID EVER TRY. We’ve gone here before but something about today was outstanding and really blew our tastebuds away.

It is basically a mom and pop restaurant. I feel like it has the best asian food and Sequim, Especially the General Tso chicken. They have really good lunch specials.

I have always had a good experience at bento teriyaki. The owner recommended to me how I should eat the bipambap, which I mixed mostly just didn’t quite fully mix. I was caught off guard and thought he was ridiculing me about how I ate it… I think he was just trying to make normal conversation, when I was just in a bad mood worried about my own faults as a person and whether or not I was an assertive enough human, etc. Since I was caught off guard I acted poorly and practiced assertiveness in a negative way. Hopefully next time I’m back I’ll apologize for not being nice and will just tell him I was in a bad mood worried about other stuff.

Its fine I guess, but why offer choices and then say you can't have them. I ordered vegetable stir fry because the last time I ordered chicken half of it was so overcooked it was inedible, but I like their egg rolls and fried rice is really good. It offers tempura sauce on the side WITH that order but you can only have it if you order a tempura order. WHY OFFER THE OPTION?! I don't want tempura because even though we live almost across the street its soggy when we get home. So I either purchase something I don't want so I can have the sauce I like? Its not worth it for just egg rolls. This is the last time I order. Better for my wallet anyway so thank you Bento I guess.

Would not allow any substitutes. Offered to pay extra, still would not allow it. I let them know I have food allergies and still a no, so that was disappointing. Will not do business here. Koto is better and allows substitutes. Also better customer service obviously.
