I ordered vegetable stir fry and got a very small portion of cabbage and onions! It inclued a couple of tiny pieces of brocoli and carrot. It was disgusting! Shame on you Bento Teriyaki.

Took forever to get our food to go, multiple people got their food before us who came in after then the cook was arguing with the counter lady about how many orders were put in. Super frustrating. The food is good but order to go about 45 minutes early.

We had a lunch at this place, great food ,unbeatable portion, my son eat his full portion of food. Fried rice and stir fry chicken was delicious. Be back again next time.

Food was served cold. When we brought up the issue we were told by the server that she doesn’t cook the food, that’s all. No apology or anything. Who serves cold teriyaki? My salad was warmer than the rice.

extremely disappointing experience, very poor customer service Recommend you do Not get your food here!!! We ordered for pick up, the order was wrong, they charged my sister a 15$ tip for handing the bag of food over the counter! we did not get a receipt, and when called to report the difficulties, was cut off by the manager who was defensive, rude and clearly could care less about customer service, food was so so not worth the $$$$ advise you stay away!

My favorite. I came here almost everyday back in 2010. And Ive traveled a lot a places around the country and Bento is still my favorite. A little over priced now, but I stop here every chance I get when visiting family and still order the same thing chicken and beef, extra meat, no salad with extra rice!

I loved this place as it’s like the only option in Sequim but as the manger/owner refused to accommodate his prices or vary his menu options I have not been back. You used to be able to get fried rice as an option for an additional charge in place of white... But now it’s 17 dollars! Absurd. You’re loosing customers.. accommodate before you go out of business from unhappy customers completely. Bring old services and good food back!
