Today was our first try of this food truck. I had the chicken biscuit which was moist, with a hot/sweet honey dripped on. The second dish was the mac and cheese which was well executed and hit all the warm comfort food points. The deep fried pickles were perfectly cooked. The slaw was the best I have had with green apples added for a flavor twist. I would recommend them.
Great, unique flavors on all the dishes I’ve tried. The pulled pork has a wonderful mustard type base I think and they give you a nice amount of meat with the bbq fries. Love the tangy style of their sauce. I also got the Reaper biscuit which puts Chick-fil-A to shame. Not super spicy for those who can’t take a lot of heat, but really great flavor combo. Same goes with the slaw, it’s very light and includes apples, it’s not weighed down by mayo and such. Will def go again.

We read about Southern Nibble in the newspaper and decided to drive out and try it! The food was delicious!! We especially loved the egg rolls with the South Carolina sauce on them! They were extremely tasty!! All of their flavors were wonderful and different than anything we had ever tasted before.
