Slowest drive through ever, 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee... when getting to the window, drinks had not been made yet and tried to give us a drink we didn't order. Spent 35 minutes total for mediocre service.

I got a Pink Drink with no berries. First of all, my drink was so watered down and didn’t taste like anything. SECOND, there was a FLY in my drink. Absolutely disgusting.

Always friendly, coffee is good breakfast and other food are your typical premade microwaveable breakfast Sammie that does in a pinch but nothing spectacular! They're over priced on everything for sure!

This starbucks has gone way downhill! They can't get an uber order right to save their life. Quality has gone down and recently I ordered a venti iced drink and they filled it like a grande, but charged me for a venti. They tried to blame the door dash driver, but the drink was inside the sack and completely sealed by starbucks! Lol. If you're going to rip people off, don't try to accuse an innocent third party!

My aunt and and my sister and I all decided to get Starbucks for their seasonal drinks. My aunt wanted to order a Toasted white chocolate mocha, which is on their online menu, but upon asking and speaking to a manager, she was rudely told that they didn't have it this year. The manager said, "Well I'm the manager so if we had it I think I'd know," and turned around and walked away. I had also asked for straws, repeatedly, for our hot drinks, and I was repeatedly dismissed. I never got my straws and the manager was no help at all. I've never been to a Starbucks that isn't even aware of their menu and refuses to even give out straws.... On top of that, our drinks were poorly made. Some drinks had WAY too much whipped cream, some barely had any. I have been there a few times and honestly every time I've gone in, through the drive through, or through the store, I've always had a bad experience. It's a shame because they have a really nice place, but such negative and hostile employees. I would not recommend. The Starbucks at Safeway isn't as convenient, but at least the people have manners and respect for others.

Lots of staffing issues, ordered through the app, walked up to the door, saw they were drive through only, called and asked to cancel order or just hand me the order through the door, got told off and hung up. As someone who works next door, and orders here often, I am disappointed. A kind stranger had to offer to pickup my order for me, not really the experience I'm sure they intended

I never post negative reviews, but as a delivery person who picks up orders for other people, I am disappointed. There is never any acknowledgment from any of the baristas, and many times the orders are laying on the counter, not put in the bag or labeled with my customer's name. I wait patiently as other people are greeted, acknowledged, and receive their orders. I am trying to earn a living as much as Starbucks employees are and feel my customers(and theirs) are important too!
