Stopped in the Sequim Taco Time this evening, totally Dis-a-pointed! That was my second and last time going there for the same thing. Last year on my way to my son's school in Coeur d'Alene we stopped in Issaquah I think it was? and had a fish taco, it was incredible, nice big crispy chunks of fish, perfect amount of sauce and veggies distributed evenly throughout the taco.
My wife and my two sons all got the same thing and the sentiment was mediocre at best. The cabbage mixture was underwhelmed with the sauce, almost all of the sauce was at the bottom of the burrito, you almost had to be looking for the pieces of fish, it was put together with absolutely no TLC, I mean zero. It was just a very disappointing experience.
Next time instead of trying to replicate that one experience in Issaquah I think I'll just go to Burger King and get a fish sandwich. I will say the service was excellent although the fellow with the bright blue hair kind of threw me off and the tater tots were very good, you could tell that the frying oil was recently cleaned.

I've eaten at some Taco Times, and I've never been disappointed, but this one really stands out.
That was honestly like a gourmet meal it was so good and extremely fresh and perfectly made, even though I just got the Alaskan wild cod fish taco and two hard shell tacos.
Absolutely stunning how clean the entire place was in the tall gentleman that served me was timely and friendly, too.
Every once in a while, you run into the gold standard for a franchise, and this is definitely the flagship Taco Time.
Really appreciate the care and kind service that this place has - appreciate the whole team, shout out to all you guys!
