I'd never even heard of pupusas before this place opened. Decided to finally try it out today.... This is going to be one of my favorite spots in town from now on. Imagine the wrapping of a tamale, stuffed with your choice of meat or beans and cheese and then flattened into pancake form. Absolutely delicious, especially paired with the hot sauce provided on the side. If you've been thinking of trying it, wait no longer, would definitely recommend it to anyone that asked about it.Vegetarian options: 99% of the menu is not vegetarian, but there is the bean and cheese option if you're looking for that specifically.Parking: Gravel parking lot and street parking

If yall want bang for your buck Latin food in this town, hit up Ana's Pupuseria food truck! We ENDULGED and gorged ourselves with pupusas, yuca fries, Tamales, canoas, the works. The unique flavors went AMAZING together and my mouth was watering with ever bite. Even leftover and reheated it was all superb, with my favorite dosh being the Revuelta Pork Pupusas.I've never been so satisfied with a meal my mama didn't make. Cannot wait to eat here again!!

I wish I could give this place more stars. ALL varieties of their pupusas are better than I have ever had anywhere else… That’s coming from a 25+ year South Texas resident and many-time visitor to Central America. Honestly the spicy slaw and the hot sauce alone are exquisite. Again, the pupusas are SO GOOD. Also the horchata. Haven’t tried the tamales yet but at this point, I’d trust that anything on or off Ana’s menu is *chefs kiss*
