I really enjoy visiting Ana’s Pupuseria. I don’t live in Shelton, but whenever I’m in the area, I make sure to stop by for pupusas. They are always delicious, and my favorite are the jalapeño and cheese pupusas.

If we’re going on just food, it’s so delicious! My family had pupusas, Mexican tamales, and the pasteles con pollo. The dishes themselves were amazing but the highlight was the pickled cabbage salsa. Definitely we’ll be back again the next time we’re headed through Shelton. However, we’ll be better prepared. It’s clear this place doesn’t expect you to stick around to eat. There was a port-a-potty but it was locked. There wasn’t a garbage and there was no place...

Delicious food! They are very thoughtful and friendly! The food is different from what we usually eat and so happy we took a chance! We crave the salvadorian tamales and chicken pupusas now!
