Was looking for a quick and tasty spot to grab some lunch while on the road, saw the reviews and decided to stop in. Love a good pupusa. And these are very good indeed! In fact, some of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. The fried plantain is fantastic too, and that slaw is straight fire. Highly, highly recommended if you are in town. If I lived anywhere close by I’d be a regular.
An unassuming gem, some of the best pupusas I've had anywhere, but the yuca frites with chicharonnes almost stole the show. Absolute must have. Get extra slaw, it's dynamite.
I really enjoy visiting Ana’s Pupuseria. I don’t live in Shelton, but whenever I’m in the area, I make sure to stop by for pupusas. They are always delicious, and my favorite are the jalapeño and cheese pupusas.
