Decided to kill some time by stopping for coffee and hashbrowns. Kenzie was the face of the drive thru; she greeted me, took my order and served it in a timely manner with enthusiasm. I have not encountered such great service in while. I hope she is properly financially compensated, any restaurant would be lucky to have such a crew member.
This may be the cleanest and friendliest BK in the world. The staff are always nice, keep the place clean, and move through orders quickly. Can't ask for much more. Plus, while eating in, a customer was making some threats it sounded like through the drive through and the manager quickly jumped in and deescalated the issue and got the customer ordered and on their way when they could have easily chose a different route. Bravo to this location. Keep up the great work!
Will Never go to burger King again. Talk about GROSS, the whopper juniors were on funky falling apart buns, the cheese wasn't melted and they were cold,Icky! We got a few sides and they were just as Bad. Not saying it's the staff,or am I? People at fast food places just don't care anymore! They USED to have good whoppers, What Happened?
