This family owned food truck is the best in town! We love their California burrito and, of course, the street tacos! Their meat has so much flavor and is always incredibly tender. Their homemade salsas are awesome too and best part? They don’t charge extra for the salsa! The green has just the right balance of fresh with a kick, while the red will clear your sinuses right out. Heading to Olympia from Port Orchard and was hungry, and I found El Vagon on Google Maps. I haven’t eaten this good of Mexican food since moving here from the SF Bay Area. Would I be willing to drive 45 minutes to eat here again? You can count on it.
Five stars for each of the last few years worth of meals. I have never been disappointed, only surprised. Clearly they set a standard and have never wavered from it. The atmosphere is clean quiet and friendly, not a typical food truck.
