We just discovered this gem of a spot and we are over the moon! We ordered the Chicken Taouk and the Beef & Lamb Shawarma, along with the hummus, muhammara, and the cheesy flatbread. Everything was fresh, homemade, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The wraps were perfectly seasoned, the sauces balanced beautifully, and every bite showed how much care goes into their food.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to make your visit special....

From Yola is out of this world delicious food, family owned… and you can taste it. If you’ve never had a Shawarma or chicken wrap sandwich from there, I highly suggest going everything from their hummus to their baba ghanouj is a 10 out of 10 Josef the owner/operator son of Yola, is very welcoming from the start along with his crew. He spoiled us with some desserts. We’ve never tried, and we of course stuck around for more. Can’t wait to pass through this town again,...

Had lunch today at Yola. It smells delicious in there from the moment you walk. I love that they have options to purchase meals frozen as well. We had the lamb schwarma wrap. Side dish of fries. It was flavorful and filling. It was difficult to decide what item to get. It’s really nice to have a nice mediterranean spot in Shelton. Service was very friendly and prompt.
