Awesome variety of food, seriously good fried oysters, and really genuine staff. It was a great 1st experience. We will be back as soon as we can. It's 3 hrs from home but worth it!
Options for quality dining are pretty slim on the outskirts of Shelton. Thank God for Spencer Lake Bar & Grill. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The menu is unbelievably large with so many food options that everyone will find something they enjoy eating. Fries and onion rings were fantastic! Had the bacon Bleu chicken burger, vegetarian omelette, and kids burger. All were delicious and well prepared. Didn't realize the chicken sandwich came with pickles and red onions as well as what was listed in the sandwich description but it wasn't a big deal to remove. Staff was friendly. If we are hungry on a drive through, we may stop here if only for more onion rings.
