I have been to this food truck many times over the past few years. I always order the double bacon cheeseburger with fries, sometimes upgrade to onion rings. Low key food truck with quality smash burgers and generally friendly staff. The fries are crinkle cut and they do not salt them on purpose, customer adds salt which is provided. So glad this local family decided to open their own business after leaving Spencer Lake Bar! They are the best! Always friendly and knows what we want to order. Prefer their food to the bigger places in the neighborhood. Three cheers for Klay’s!!!
