The Shang Sports Bar & Grill

I'm a Shelton local and visited here recently for the first time. I loved it here and definitely will return! Lots of space, has pool, darts, out door seating and karaoke on certain nights. I got a club sandwich which was very good but I really wanted the pretzel and fries but they were out of both, and a couple more menu items which was a bummer. The menu has lots of variety! I look forward to coming back! The bartender ladies were really cool and made great drinks! Cass (I think that's her name) made one of the best bloody mary's I've ever had!

This is a real locals place. Both staff & customers are friendly and welcoming. Food is good, rates are decent.

Wanting to see what new owners have done. This is my “go to” for burgers & beer. Ordered Irish Coffee. First waitstaff pleasant but unable to make coffee. Second waiter COMPLETELY IGNORED my table once food was delivered. I don’t think she realized how rude she was. Conversation with “the regulars” was much more important than checking to see if we needed anything. After waiting for our check, I put my coat on and still nothing so we went to the bar to get our ticket & pay. I really felt like I didn’t belong here. I don’t recall any eye contact from our second waitstaff & definitely no smile or warmth. Previous visits were much more enjoyable. Food was good but I felt like I didn’t belong here.

Nice people ,good food

Enjoyed the Shang very much, was so comfortable I forgot time. Had their Ruben and was more than pleased. Everything was excellent. I will be back.

Sunday, opening day for football season, not a soul inside, not even an employee. They didn't even have football being televised on any of the 4-5 televisions. Didn't end up staying

On a delivery order they substituted chicken for crab without asking and poultry makes me ill. When I called the woman lied to me (my aide witnessed the conversation) regarding availability of a manager to speak with when she told me to contact DoorDash about a refund.

Great little sports bar. Has a variety of games inside and TV screens. The food was better than I expected and I was very satisfied.

They never follow their pointed kitchen hours, half the time customer service is trash…. Wouldn’t recommend them for somewhere to grab a bit to eat…. Who closes their kitchen almost a hour before their posted time on a Saturday night.
