Food here is pretty good for a Mexican place in Seattle. Very reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. The quesabirria is delicious, and churros are pretty decent.

Destroyed a plate of al pastor tacos today. Excellent al pastor, both hit sauces were excellent. One mild and one medium but both have very good flavor and texture.

I don’t do reviews … but I had to… because I have ate at many taco trucks and now I just can’t, I have to eat here because all the other trucks just don’t compare when it comes to the food…. Super delicious and amazing people. I spoil myself a few times a week to this food and I have never been disappointed yet. Great people, good energy, and you can tell because everyone in town goes here so now I call in advance before I head that way because I always know a few people are going to be in line. I'll be real, maybe things have changed since I tried this place last year. But getting quality food at another truck nearby reminded me of how awful this place was, so I'll share. The food was not edible. I tried twice in a week, maybe it was a bad week. I got chicken tacos and the tacos were somehow dry and super oily. Smelled off. Like I took one bite and tossed the rest. And still gave it another chance! And had the same experience. Been too afraid to give it another shot despite the abysmal options in this area. Thankfully another taco truck opened nearby.

Expansive menu, great prices, friendly people, and delicious food. Glad I tried it on a whim. Really liked the carnitas and the Al pastor tacos. Portion size was good and the churros complemented everything nicely.
I had the birria combo and loved it. Service was quick, food was delicious. I will be back.

I love this truck. Truly delicious food, never had anything I didn’t devour. Authentic, kind, and consistent. They have a cute little herb garden in planters outside and you can feel the love they put into their business. Grateful this is in my neighborhood. Plus so close to goodwill it’s dangerous.
