Wow this is one of my favorite hot pot places in Seattle! The customer service is fab and the food is so freaking good, you won't be able to stop eating which is perfect because it's ACE!! They had free appetizers - fried chicken, shrimp chips, black bean Chinese donuts and more. They were all so good. There was a sauce bar too and I made such a good combo with all the options they had. We ordered fatty pork belly and beef for meat - both were delicious and with plenty of portions. Along with that we got tofu, fish balls, noodles and cabbage. I'll say I only really liked the tofu. The fish balls weren't very flavorful and the noodles didn't taste hand made. We got the spicy beef soup and when they say spicy, they mean it. I actually couldn't handle the spice even though I thought I had a good spice tolerance but my husband was totally fine. We came in at 5pm and it wasn't crowded at all. All in all, I'll definitely be back. Awesome hot pot spot in Shoreline!! It had this cute family run business vibe to it as well.

Customer service was out of this world. It was my first time trying hotpot and the the staff was extremely friendly and respectful. They guided me through the numerous menu options. I took advantage of the $39 all you can eat option. Went with the spicy Szechuan vegetable oil broth and the pickled cabbage broth. 10/10 for the pickled cabbage broth! The add ons were extremely fresh! Small restaurant overall but spotlessly clean! I will be back with a group! Had a blast thank you for a great experience

This is maybe my favorite restaurant in the Seattle area! The lunch special on weekdays is my favorite thing because it's an individual sized serving with generous portions (very Covid friendly so you don't have to share soup with anyone)! The servers recognize me and are super nice people. I always get the tomato broth. Don't sleep on this place. It is the best! I only wish they opened earlier because I like to eat lunch at 11, and feel starved by noon!

My family loves this place. Very kid friendly and parking is easy though it can get packed! We always do AYCE and the flavors are great. They do have vegetarian options too though somewhat limited to soups (plenty of veggie and soy options otherwise!).They don't have individual soup but they have dual pots for two soups at a time as well as one big pot. If you're a big eater, going solo or for a date is not a bad idea here either! Prices ok for the area, better if you come hungry.Bathrooms ok.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options for hotpot, limited soup though since I think the tomato soup is chicken based.Parking: More parking on the street in the residential area if the lot is full.Kid-friendliness: They have lots of high chairs here.

All soup bases in the buffet are charged extra. The menu has few ingredients, few side ingredients, and the vegetables are not fresh.

The service is good and I love all the sauces ..Parking: There’s so much business sharing a small parking lot , so parking is limitedWheelchair accessibility: Because it is located in the second floor and I didn’t see any ramp , it looks like it is hard to get up there with a wheelchair

First of all their King County health department rating is not very good. The signage says that it's only "OK". That's the second rating from the bottom. When you walk in, the place has a very funky smell. The bathrooms are dirty which I think always kind of shows you how the back of the restaurant probably is kept if they don't have Good Housekeeping skills. The food was good. And plentiful. The fire exit door that has an illuminated exit sign above it is padlocked. God help you if there's ever a fire and you need to go out that door. Against fire code for sure. Don't think I would come back again just because of the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the very low health department rating on the front door and the Funky smell.

Affordable hotpot with good broth selection and decent selection for the price! Give this place a shot! Ambience could use to sprucing up, but definitely come for the food.
