My family loves this place. Very kid friendly and parking is easy though it can get packed! We always do AYCE and the flavors are great. They do have vegetarian options too though somewhat limited to soups (plenty of veggie and soy options otherwise!).They don't have individual soup but they have dual pots for two soups at a time as well as one big pot. Huoyan hotpot is a great spot to get some good quality AYCE hotpot in the north Seattle area. They bring out plenty of think spiced meats each time you ask for more and service was good. This place is awesome. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious! Everything seems very fresh and the broths are yummy. The spicy is definitely spicy but has great flavor.
