Easily my favorite 'corporate' sandwich. And probably the best restaurant app I've used.Way better than Subway (which sucks) and my go-to place in a hurry.

They need to teach a couple of the people there that when you start a new package of meat you don't use the first few little dinky pieces that come off the end. So I get a bunch less meat because this dude that works there doesn't care about his quality.EDIT: Don't tell me you hope I'll come back, Tell me you'll talk to your employees. And I don't need to call you or respond further other than just to say, make it a point to train your employees properly. Jersey Mike's is about a BIG sub. When I left I felt like I left Subway.

Came here at 7:45 and they ran out of bread and they don’t close till 9pm.The whole time I stayed in the parking lot to find another area they employees were messing around . I will not be coming back here again , so disappointed.

I ordered a kids sub tuna. So they made me a kid sub tuna. And then at the end, she said there is no such thing as a kid sub tuna, and that she hasto charge me regular price. So because of a mistake of a coworker, instead of six dollars I got charged $10 for a kid size sub…. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal.

I have been a customer at this location since it opened several years ago. I have always had a good experience here and think that their products are far and away the best in the Seattle area.Still, my visit at the Shoreline store at 10:30 this morning was a real high point. I am sorry that I can't remember the names of the two staff members who helped me, but they were simply the best both in helpfulness and personality.I worked in the food industry during my college years and know how tough the job can be, but this morning's crew really showed how much a smile and a pleasant, positive attitude can make a memorable impression on a customer. They were engaging, enthusiastic and really fun to work with.I sincerely hope that the Owner and Manager will see this review check the schedule for this morning, and show their genuine appreciation for a job very well done.Thank you all for being a real "cut above" in Shoreline's food service industry.With sincere thanks!Jim W.

Never had high expectations of this place but also never went. Finally did with some research in my pocket and got the #13 mikes way + add mayo + pickles and BOYYYY. This is it. I make a similar sandwich at home and it's truly the way to go, and mike's does it damn well. They also don't skimp as they cut all the meat by hand in front of you which is impressive. I will say though while you can notice the many different meats in the #13 somewhat, getting the same sandwich with any 1 single meat is just as good really, like turkey. But italian subs with a bunch of meats is a classic known sandwich that people love, so they gotta do it.If you're doing mobile/online/phone order and you have a common name like me, just put a fake name that's unique so you don't accidentally have other people with your name take your order like I've had many times in the past at many spots :)

Be careful when ordering online they give orders to wrong people. Just happen to me. They don't ask names. Now waiting for sandwich's to be redone.
