Before we walked in, we were immediately greeted by one worker cleaning the windows and then was greeted by another worker as we stepped inside the restaurant. The service was amazing and they were super friendly and kind to us!
The team at Jersey Mike's Shoreline went above and beyond today for me and my crew. I manage a local restaurant and ordered some food for my staff which I was unable to pick up as planned due to a staffing emergency. They held my order and called me to let me know and one of my staff was able to pick it up hours after my order. That's customer service! I don't eat sandwiches often being gluten free but it's so nice to know this place takes it seriously. The staff changed utensils, gloves and cleaned the area before making my sandwich. It tasted great and was nice to know they pay attention to allergies. The staff was super nice and friendly even while it was crazy busy. Definitely will be going back.
