I feel like I'm in the minority tipping for fast food, but now I question why I do. No napkins. None of the sandwiches are labeled so you can't tell them apart. I do like Jersey Mike's so switching locations - no more Shoreline. Update - actually eating now and the order is also screwed up in addition to not being labeled - I ordered everything without peppers but all came with peppers anyway. also barely any meat on one side of a giant - all loaded on the other....
