This place is phenomenal, my new favorite Vietnamese place ever! Noodles, Bahn mi, and especially the short ribs are top tier. The service and staff and fantastic: friendly, fast, and consistent. I can’t recommend it enough.

I've been ordering Pho Tic Tac's veggie pho nearly weekly for the last two years. They are consistently the tastiest veggie pho in North Seattle.

I've also had good experience with fried rice, vermicelli, and other vegetarian dishes there, as well as their bubble tea and coffee. I've been thoroughly impressed with the selection, low price, and value of what I get when I order.

This is our favorite restaurant around! We have been coming regularly for the past year. Always delicious and satisfying. Combo 43 and the beef stew are the go tos, can never go wrong. I could drown in the broth and die a happy man. The short rib is transcendent. Also really enjoy the little clock gangster mascot it brings me great joy. God bless you Pho Tic Tac.
