Haven’t been here since the old place that was Faye’s stood standing. I love that this new place still had the old Faye’s countertop and stools to sit at!! Still making homemade pies and milkshakes! I enjoyed some nostalgia, a delicious slice of pie, and a wonderful conversation with the waitress. Love this lil ol’ spot! Still good comfort food and atmosphere after all these years! If you haven’t been here you need to go!
Had a fabulous fantastic dinner tonight Willow and Jim's. I ordered the Swiss steak special. Mmmmmmm great. I haven't had Swiss steak in at least 40 years but this was just like Grandma Silva made. I am glad I saw the FB post for tonight's special. My wife loved her eggs Benedict. Thank God Jim cooks hash browns they way the are supposed to be cooked. ❤ Love love love it!
Love the hometown feel with comfort food. I had a decent country fried steak, eggs and the most beautiful hashbrowns ever. Coffee was readily available and refilled. Gk had a French dip sandwich with au jus and side of fries. Strange that sandwich does not come with a side. Fries sold separately with an ouch price of $9.00. . With tip was $60. Breakfast.
