Not sure what changed, but this place was 5 stars, and now, if it was free, I still wouldn't drink it. I'm so sad and have tried it several times over the past months. Why ruin such a great coffee place???

Pulled up to order girl at window looked at me like i was crazy as heck. Vibes way off. If a customer doesnt know what’s in a drink they should be happy to explain it. She acted like i was on her nerves. Should have just gone to Starbucks

This crew is wonderful. I've been here a few times and despite the long lines, (rightfully so) , the quality is wonderful, the staff is super friendly and they move quick. No wonder this place is so popular.

The coffee is good! But, the wait is ridiculous. The coffee is not that great. I have lived here most of my life and one thing I noticed is that the girls talk more than do what they should be doing. I have been through Livs coffee stand she goes outside to get your order if they have a long line. They keep their conversation to a minimum to move the line, and it's wonderful experience. Maybe you should have her train these girls a new way of doing things. You probably double your income. But, what do I know? Except that Liv has a faithful customer and you lost one due to them not doing their job. Maybe you should go through Livs line and see for yourself.

Always friendly service. Yes, there is a line there most of the time, but its moves fast and you will see why there is a line after you have the coffee. Best cold brew in town, in my opinion.
It's a drive thru coffee shop, coffee is very good, I really enjoyed the iced caramel macchioto.

This has been my favorite coffee spot for a decade now. You ladies are ALL so sweet and friendly and always are quick to love my dog Sully and give him his puppyccino. It's his favorite too! My favorites are the Hollywood Star, The Smokin Hottie and Luv In A Cup! YUM! ALWAYS consistent and ALWAYS delicious! Definitely worth waiting in line for!!!

Consistent line here most hours of the day but that serves to show you this place is amazing. Whether the chai tea of one of their spoeciailities, it has me going back whenever I can. To note, I am not a huge coffee drinker and avoid places like Starbucks. The baristas are always working hard and quite friendly as well
