“We love this place. Miso soup GOOD. Katsu curry GOOD. Pan fried gyoza GOOD. Can’t go wrong here. Only critique would be the miso soup bowl are super worn down and sometimes flaking the bowls coating but again everything else is amazing.”

“I love the vibe at BN. It’s part book store and part cafe. I’m thrilled to be able to order a title for pick up if I’m in a rush or linger with a book and hot coffee and desert. The staff is warm and friendly without being too pushy or fake retail. You can tell they appreciate books. The only minor tweak is that the Starbucks Cafe is not corporate owned. Only reason I mentioned it is that BN cannot redeem Sbux points. But that’s a minor issue. Overall Grade A.”

“We usually have great service but the last time we went, the service was far from what it normally is. Maybe it was a fluke, idk. Overall, it is a beautiful restaurant, the food is pricey but good (although I am not a fan of their salads- it looks like weeds & tastes about the same)

Parking: It can get a little packed around dinner time”

“Unlike most Mexican restaurants don't expect free nachos and salsa here to munch on as you wait for your order. Food is average, but surprisingly expensive. Alcoholic beverages on their menu price not listed. Service is adequate. We had to change a couple of orders due their kitchen not having certain food ingredients, particularly shrimps. I couldn't ask for a refill on iced tea cause they had to shut down the "machine" for cleaning and they just handed me the only glass of iced tea they could get from it. The men's restroom urinal is broken and the floor was unkept. You're better off going to Moctezuma or Blue Agave where food and service is better and you get more for your money. So unless you want to ruin your day or evening, don't come here.”

“To the manager and employees who let my daughter and her boyfriend come in tonight because the establishment was empty, THANK YOU SO MUCH! They were celebrating their 6th month anniversary, which is pretty tough to do at 15 without your parents all up in your night. 😂 They had the BEST time and were in awe of the generosity they were shown (as am I). My daughter had the biggest smile on her face while telling me every detail. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for letting them be kids just a little bit longer! ❤️”

“Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.”

“My hubby found this place when we were looking for something to eat on the way to lavender farms.
This is probably the only food located in a gas station that I won’t complain about eating. Amazing and fresh Hawaiian food. Staff is also friendly and will happily explain the menu. This place is take-out only.

The best things here are:
* Mochiko chicken - This is fried chicken that uses Mochiko flour for the breading, which is a glutinous rice flour.
* Kalua pork - some of the best I’ve ever had
* Katsu curry - The sauce, rice, and katsu were perfect

These were okay:
* Fried rice had great flavor but was a little too on the side of sticky rice for me.
* Spam musubi was okay but both spam and rice were a little overcooked. These are also in a case so maybe it was just sitting around too long. I usually find this as a common thing for pre-made spam musubi.”

“Just brought my disabled elderly friend in for a special lunch, as she is sick of nursing home food and was craving Asian cuisine. It was a better treat than I expected! The lunch specials were perfect for smaller appetite size. I had Basil Chicken with fried rice, and it was so authentically Thai, perfectly balanced with spice and seasoning. Loved the spring rolls with plum sauce also. Staff is super professional, atmosphere is actually beautiful. I want to try their Happy Hour with my husband next time! Glad we discovered this place as from the parking lot view, you don’t realize just how nice it is!

Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking spots right in front of the doors, and we could get her walker through the aisles and seat her comfortably.”

“I’ve been on the hunt for good pizza for a couple months now. When I sat I talked to Colleen who directed me to Drew (the pizza guru) so I could ask questions. I asked, and they delivered. I got the White Chick pizza with a couple modifications and he nailed it. Colleen was super cool to chat with. Great customer service and great food. This was the best pizza I have had since moving here (being a larger mammal, it was a lot). I’ll definitely be back.”

I ordered the broccoli chicken with fried rice and my son ordered the chicken teriyaki. The broccoli chicken is the best I have ever had (and I’ve eaten many versions in my lifetime). The dish comes with green pepper, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli in a brown sauce. The yummiest sauce according to my taste buds. The fried rice is also a new fave.

Spring rolls are a must if you like a vegetarian version. They came out hot and crispy.

I’m so happy to have found this place. My waist and thighs will hate me as I plan on making frequent visits, but oh well. I’m only here for a couple of years so I plan on enjoying the local restaurants.

“You shouldn't choose anywhere else for teriyaki. Open a touch later, unique Art of Miyazaki I haven't seen before, and AMAZING cuisine. They truly have their own touch on the food, as even the sauces have their own homemade twist to them. 10/10 Would food-coma again.”

“Liv a Latte is always a wonderful place to stop for coffee. The employees are friendly and experienced. My family has become regular customers. Whenever we need coffee in Silverdale we make sure we stop at Liv a Latte.

“I don't really go in this bar, but it's a pretty chilled spot. I don't ever see it busy anymore. Most of the bartenders down there are nice though and service is good. So if you're looking for a quiet spot to chill and just enjoy peace and a beer, this is spot in the bowling alley is for you :)”

“Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted great though!”

“The food is great but went to the Silverdale location 1/24/24 and arrived at 6:28 and stood at the counter a couple of minutes for the employee then ordered, he then told me it is an order to go after 6:30 so I looked at my watch which said 6:31 and I thought there should be ample signage if this is their policy. The sign on the door indicates they are open until 7:00 pm. I left and went somewhere else. Won't go back sorry there is no customer service left anymore.”

“I just wanted to say I appreciate this business. I needed a place to have my 17 year old daughter’s birthday party. I made reservations here for 15 people. There were about 25 that showed up, I was really scared they wouldn’t accommodate us. They definitely did tho, and the waitress name Mia was amazing she took our orders and got all our food out fast. The food was amazingly delicious. I am so thankful for this restaurant’s service and friendliness. Thank you Farrellis you made our daughter’s birthday so special.”
