Absolutely worst Japanese steakhouse experience of my life. This happened Thursday, June 11th, 2026. No knife show from the "chef" named Xavier. A little bit of clanging of the knives at the beginning, and the onion volcano later. That was IT. But it got worse. Only 3 scrambled eggs into a massive pile of rice, and a little bit of chicken. Excellent show, food and drinks. Everything is on point. Try the ribeye, you know you want to. Worth it. Upgrade to the chicken fried rice. The best. Fujiyama is so unbelievably underrated.
