Panera Bread Reviews
Wonderful salads! I had forgotten how good they were
Service is always friendly just when I do choose to go through the drive thru times are ridiculously long. Maybe have others pull around to have their order run out like other drive through chains?
Been to this Panera a few times for lunch with friends. Always a good option for soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods. There isnt always a person at the counter so ordering at the kiosks or on your phone via the Panera app is suggested.

Panera Bread, a restaurant that used to excel, has seen a decline in quality and service. The food, although usually great when orders are correct, has become inconsistent. Sandwiches often lack meat, and ingredients in salads are not properly chopped or sliced. The service has also suffered, with long wait times, awkward interactions, and a lack of friendliness. Despite these issues, the food quality remains better than nearby options. The drive-thru experience can be lengthy, and in-store service has become unfriendly and unreliable. Customers have occasionally found unexpected items in their food, like a rock in soup once, which caused some confusion and concern but was a rare occurrence. The restaurant still offers some popular meals, such as the Baked Italian sandwich, which has crunchy bread and strong flavors, and the Chipotle chicken avo melt, which many find very good. However, some new items, like the loaded potato soup, have not met expectations, tasting watery and canned. Overall, Panera Bread remains a decent choice, but recent experiences suggest service and consistency could improve.
