We're almost becoming regulars here. The food is great, the chefs are knowledgeable and skilled in their arts, and the atmosphere makes for great conversations! I definitely recommend Fujiyama's for birthdays, graduation parties, or any special occasion you can celebrate with multiple people!
Our cook Xavier was awesome. Food tasted great and he was fun to chat with. Our server was subpar. He didnt put our appetizer order in and didnt come back to our table to check on us. I had to wave him down for a refill and told him about our missing apps. He also disappeared for awhile. I wish they wore name tags so I could've gotten his name.
Absolutely worst Japanese steakhouse experience of my life. This happened Thursday, June 11th, 2026. No knife show from the "chef" named Xavier. A little bit of clanging of the knives at the beginning, and the onion volcano later. That was IT. But it got worse. Only 3 scrambled eggs into a massive pile of rice, and a little bit of chicken.
