I have been eating at Origami for over ten years now, they are amazing. Spicy tuna and the Las Vegas are my go to! Always friendly service and the food comes out quick.
I have been meaning to try this place out for a while and sad I hadn’t earlier. Menu selection is large with a bunch of sushi. I got all sushi and it was reasonably priced and very well made. This may have become my new little local sushi spot!

Origami Sushi, located in Silverdale Plaza, is a simple yet amazing local sushi restaurant. Despite a lack of atmosphere, the food is exceptional, with the Las Vegas roll being a popular choice along with the Spicy Tuna. The restaurant has a large menu selection with a variety of sushi that is reasonably priced and well made. The staff is always friendly, providing quick service and creating a great experience, even for families with young children. The simple look features a beautiful sushi bar, and the place is always clean. Customers have praised the quality of the sushi, fresh tempura, and plentiful edamame, making it a cozy spot for local sushi lovers.
The restaurant is family-owned, and the service is excellent with friendly staff. Customers can enjoy outdoor seating, as well as a sushi bar where they can watch the itamae (sushi chef) prepare the sushi. The menu also includes Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisines, such as pho (beef noodle soup), but each cuisine is traditionally prepared, and there is no fusion.
