Unlike most Mexican restaurants don't expect free nachos and salsa here to munch on as you wait for your order. Food is average, but surprisingly expensive. Alcoholic beverages on their menu price not listed. Service is adequate. We had to change a couple of orders due their kitchen not having certain food ingredients, particularly shrimps. Great food, drinks and service!
Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Carbon today. Food was delicious and service was perfect. This is not your usual chips and salsa Mexican faire. You aren’t going to want to fill up on chips here. Portions are ample and beautifully presented. We’ve enjoyed their Port Orchard restaurant and welcome them to Silverdale.
