I got a mobile order from this Jimmy John's and they forgot my drink, when I called they were very polite and offered to go out of their way bring it to me. When it came, they snuck two cookies in the bag with my drink! I am so appreciative! I have never had an issue with this Jimmy John's (this was the first time they have made a mistake for me), and I really appreciate their kindness and their willingness to complete my order! Will order again :)
I love that they have a drive-thru and are open @10am for early lunchers. It’s also great that they a little bit cheaper than Seattle area franchises. I don’t know why ppl complain about customer service, it’s not like you’re at a sit down fancy restaurant, this is fast food. Most ppl expect to be in and out in under 60sec and r here just for the sandwich, not the service.

I've been to several different Jimmy John's in multiple locations but I've never had a better sandwich than the one at Silverdale. The service was great and the number nine was packed with meat and cheese. This location does a really nice job.
