This mexican steakhouse in silverdale is quite good but very expensive. The steak is very tender and tasty. I love their tacos, no doubt. However, I would only go back if it were an extra extra special occasion, like to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Delicious food and really good customer service was what stood out for me. The price was a little extraordinary and that will keep me from going back either anytime soon, or often.

I recently went to Carbon in Silverdale. I have been here a few times and generally like it. Unfortunately, this time, I had a terrible service during the day with one of the servers. Her service was so terrible and she seemed "offended" when she brought out our food cold. She told me that she was the manager of the Silverdale store and the Kingston store. For the purposes of this post, I'll refer to her as "Audi," but had a similar name to another German car. She was incredibly rude to my guests who were in from out of town and my daughters. I've never had such a bad experience with the staff until we met "Audi." This has left me feeling reluctant to entertain any guests at Carbon during the day. Service was fantastic. Devon was so helpful with my grandson for menu recommendations. Riley made an amazing margarita. What a step up for Silverdale. Highly recommend. The tres leche was yummy also.

Amazing! We had a wonderful dinner! The food was excellent. Our server was friendly and helpful. All in all a wonderful meal. We can't wait to go back.

The service and food were excellent! I enjoyed the margaritas and it was happy hour! Buy one get one for 2 dollars hell yeah! Blackberry margs (server suggestion) for the win. Delicious. I ordered queso dip as an app and it was the perfect way to start my meal. The presentation was so fun!

Every time I come here I seem to have John as a server and he's always got the best drink/ lunch combos, and fun attitude! I appreciate Blanca, she's always so patient and kind to my kids. They really keep us coming back! The food has never let me down. So good.
