“I go in about 3 to 4 times a month and the service is awesome. The girls are always friendly with a smile but today is the first time anyone ever told me about the military discount. That means so much to me and I will be coming in more often to get my yummy pineapple. Thank you Peyton, you are exceptional.“

“Overall, my experience with Crumbl has been positive. However, I have noticed a recurring issue with customer service. When I enter the store, or when other customers arrive, there is no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. The atmosphere often feels a bit uncomfortable, as employees seem to stand around without engaging with customers. Additionally, the order board is consistently turned off, making it difficult for customers to determine if their orders are ready or in progress. I would suggest focusing on improving customer service, including better communication from both employees and management.“

“We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and we felt welcomed asking any and all questions. The staff was very kind and quick with our creations.
Our staff members were Jada and Kareem. They were continuing to work, clean and prepare as we sat and enjoyed our creations. I have not visited Coldstone in a while but I look forward to coming back again after this visit.“
“Finger-shaped indents were in two of my slices, on two whole pepperoni, still ate 'em but it looks like someone's just pushing down the dough bubbles with their fingers.Tried to give me a waiting hotdog that was there before I arrived, or "it'll be 15 minutes for a fresh one." so I took it, also received one melted chocolate sundae from someone else's order, and half-melted chocolate sundae from the freezer. Ice and spoons were gone. I was under the impression Costco spared no expense at hiring people, I've seen better food prep from $7 fast food employees in years gone by. Tasted great though!“

“I went in with my daughter and her two friends. The lady behind the counter, seemed like a manager, but if not, needs to be because she managed an issue great, while taking other orders.
The customer did NOT look pleased, but her sweet, caring and attitude of “ill make it right “ helped the situation immensely. That desire to take care of the customer even though they ran out if the item; gave him ZERO desire to complain. That is the kind of service that is missing in fast food places nowadays. A concern for the customer.
I do NOT believe that the customer is always right. I have been on the receiving end of sorry, unthankful, mouthy complainers that look to just ruin someone’s job because they did have something in stock, or some misunderstanding. It happens. But I DO believe that the customer should be treated with respect and dignity. And the people at this ice cream shop will do that. Not to mention their ice cream is really creamy and good.
Kid-friendliness: Employees are real sweet. Makes the experience great when there is a family full of kids.“

“I am a big fan of blizzards and the dairy Queen itself has a great staff and they seem on top of everything because ordering in or out does not seem to take long and I have yet to have an order be wrong so I would recommend this place because it does have great service and great food enjoy“

“Do not do what I did. Last Tuesday in May I needed to pick up an ice cream cake for my sweethearts birthday. And I didn't make it till just after they had closed the lobby doors but the drive-thru was still open. I knew that you're not supposed to buy the cakes through the drive-thru because dairy Queen doesn't really do that. But I got in line anyways and asked and they were kind of enough to let me do it. They didn't have to. They could have just said no and let me be stuck there but they did it anyways which was awesome. Even though I could tell that they were intensely busy and they were dying in there. They even offered to write something custom on it. They went above and beyond for me.“

“I ordered the "Ring of Fire" sandwich online and picked it up. The order was ready on time, and it tasted delicious. The chedar jalapeños bagel paired well with the siracha mayo, turkey, and bacon. Will definitely be ordering this sandwich again.“

“I love baskin robbins so much! All the cakes I've gotten at the silverdale store were decorated beautifully. I'd give 6/5 stars if I could.
