What a tasty gem in the midst of Silverdale! We stopped here at random in the middle of an errand-running day, and will definitely be back for those zesty, delectable birria tacos ? This may be the best Mexican food I’ve had in Kitsap County (bonus, there’s a nice restroom for those of us who tend towards sauced & messy hands, and are always in desperate need of a sink post-tacos).
Birria & cheese tacos are delicious! This food truck is a hidden gem amidst the various eating establishments that perhaps boast more aggressive marketing tactics. I will definitely visit them again!

We absolutely love Jessica’s! I really hope they’re just taking a winter break and will come back. My husband found them when they were in Silverdale and would stop to pick some up when he was in town. Once they moved to Sedgwick in PO they were SO CLOSE to us.
