This location is a busy one, but my drink order is always just right and the staff is always friendly, no matter the rush. As with many Starbucks, staff turns over regularly, but manager James keeps things running without missing a beat.
Very positive atmosphere with excellent service! Being embedded within a hospital brings heightened responsibility and a need for additional empathy and compassion, for you just never know what someone who walks through those doors might be going through.
