“Everyone is so nice and the service is great. The food and coffee is great too. I really think this business can improve with adding another barista. Waiting more than 30 minutes for a coffee isn’t fun. The lines on the weekends are so annoying.“

Being embedded within a hospital brings heightened responsibility and a need for additional empathy and compassion, for you just never know what someone who walks through those doors might be going through. On one fateful day in May of 2022, I was one of those people, as I entered this store to wait out my wife’s cancer surgery. The pleasantness and professionalism of the team behind the counter was over the top - thank you to the pair of young ladies who shared the same name: Mariah! And the kindness and empathetic conversation offered by the manager, Alicia, especially in my time of need, was beyond appreciated! Kudos to a well-run store… great hiring!“

“I went to my regular coffee shop and they completely messed my order up I had multiple cars behind me with a upset toddler so I just left took a sip of my cold supposed to be hot coffee and it was literally nothing I ordered so during my pms rage I went to all star and let me tell you THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I told the barista what happened and started to tell her what i originally wanted and she finished what i was thinking like she read my mind not to mention I’ve never been here except once I got my drink and tasted it and it was so perfect 👌 I probably won’t be going to my other place anymore because this place is the best!! Thank you so much for turning my day around and to the barista that had brown hair I should’ve asked your name you absolutely amazing!!“

“Darius was great! My wife had bought me a mocha but it cooled off sonce she purchased it so he made one fresh and hot for no charge. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend this Starbucks and this employee who understands first rate customer service!“
